How long does shipping take for wholesale orders?

Standard wholesale orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard orders. Large or pallet-quantity shipments may be sent via freight carriers for the most efficient delivery.

Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Select your preferred shipping speed during the checkout process for faster delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We can ship smaller packages to P.O. boxes via USPS. However, larger wholesale orders typically require a physical street address for carrier delivery.

What are your shipping cutoff times?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. Rates are competitive and transparent with no hidden fees.

Do you offer free shipping on wholesale orders?

Yes, free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders that meet our minimum order threshold. Check our shipping policy for current thresholds.

How is shipping calculated for heavy or oversized orders?

Heavy or oversized orders may require freight shipping, which is quoted based on weight, pallet count, and delivery distance. Our team will provide a freight quote before shipping.

Can I use my own shipping account or carrier?

Yes, if you have a preferred shipping account with UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, contact our team to arrange shipment using your account number.

Are there additional fees for residential delivery?

Residential delivery may incur a small surcharge from the shipping carrier. Deliveries to commercial business addresses typically have lower shipping rates.

Do you offer local pickup or will-call?

Local pickup may be available from our distribution center by appointment. Contact our team to arrange a pickup time.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

How do I track my wholesale order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time on the carrier's website.

My tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive my package — what do I do?

Contact our support team immediately with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and products, then contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our returns FAQ for full details.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. Address changes can be made before the order ships, but may not be possible once in transit.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?

Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Additional shipping fees and extended delivery times may apply for these destinations.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking number first. If tracking shows no updates, contact our support team and we will investigate the delay with the carrier.
