Where do we ship?

The King ships to all USA states as well as most worldwide countries with only certain exclusions which can be found at checkout.

*International Customers:

*Please note that at this time there are certain product restrictions of items that cannot be sent internationally such as aerosols, refrigerated & frozen products, and beef jerky in most countries. Most food products are prohibited by customs so please make sure that the product you are purchasing can legally be imported into your country.ย

*Customs, duties & taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer. Shop The King is not responsible for items that are held up by customs and will not be responsible for items held or seized.ย

What shipping carriers does The King use?

ย 

The King uses a variety of carrier service providers domestically to include USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

ย 

Internationally carriers include FedEx Priority International, DHL Express, and APC Logistics.

ย 

How does The King prepare my order?

ย 

Our Royal family is skilled in the art of assembling and packing orders! Every product we sell has been carefully analyzed to make sure it gets packed according to the manufacturer's standards and beyond!

ย Temperature-sensitive items, such as those that need to be chilled or frozen, are carefully placed into a proprietary insulated lined box with either frozen gel packs or dry ice depending the packages needs. Enough dry ice is used to keep your delivery at the right temperature until it is delivered. All orders that require the use of dry ice must be immediately received and put into the freezer. Shop The King is not responsible for compromised frozen items that are left on front porches or left unreceived exposed to extreme heat beyond thirty minutes after delivery of order.

ย Upon receiving the delivery, please immediately place it in the fridge or freezer. If you are away when the delivery is completed, please pay special attention to your email for confirmation that the order has arrived, and arrange for it to be taken inside and placed in a fridge or freezer as soon as possible.

How quickly does The King Ship?

The King and the Royal Family ship all orders same day with a cut off time of 12:00pm EST.

Once your order has been received and processed an email will be sent with tracking and delivery details.

Please note that in some cases for Frozen and Refrigerated items placed on Fridays may not ship until the coming Monday in an effort to mitigate compromised contents due to transit delays over weekends.

*Drop ship or specialty orders are subject to varying lead times depending on the product availability.

Can The King Cancel my order?

Food & Grocery Products:

We pride ourselves on speedy shipping, depending on if your order has been shipped or not we are happy to work with you to cancel if it has not already been processed by someone in the Royal Family.

Special Order Products:

All special order products are exempt from cancellation due to them being a special product just for you.

Please Note: Refusing Delivery does not cancel your order. You will still be liable for the cost of the product and shipping.
