Our company was founded in 1994 in the rolling hills of Paris, KY. Ron Mingua set out to make the best quality beef jerky on the market. He did not want to use ingredients like nitrates or chop and form his jerky. To this day, our jerky is still made the same way, using the same old fashion recipe, and ingredients. Our third generation is now part of the company and learning to make jerky the same way. We know you will enjoy our jerky. You gotta try this stuff!
